MVKVR je automatizovaný, dálkově řízený rušič pracující v pásmu VKV (30 až 108 MHz). Pracuje proti VKV rádiovým komunikačním prostředkům na taktickém stupni velení.
MVKVR is automated, remote-controlled jammer working in VHF band (30 to 108 MHz). It works against VHF radio communication devices at tactical level of command.

MVKVR
MVKVR is a mobile remotely controlled jammer designed to jam tactical phonics and data radio links (troop communications, control and command systems) in the VHF band (30 - 108 MHz). The asset can also serve as an FM transmitter, a linking station, conduct eavesdropping and broadcast deceptive messages. It is capable of tapping into an adversary's network and analysing its signals. The MVKVR's operation is controlled from the system's control room RUP-FM-M. MVKVR is a part of the MORUS system (modular jammer kit).
The development with subsequent production of one prototype took place during July 2001 to December 2005 and cost 45,932,000 CZK, which were covered by the budget of the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic.
Ministry of the Ministry of Defence: survey mode - monitoring activity in a selected frequency band and monitoring up to several hundred channels
response jamming mode - response jamming of a single frequency depending on its activity; used in the case of rapid response to source activity
sequential jamming mode - cyclic pseudo-simultaneous jamming of up to several dozen specified frequencies
sequential jamming mode without priority 1 - mode used when the target is not prioritized; First, a frequency occupancy check is performed, then actual jamming of each frequency is initiated for a period of time specified by the operator
sequential priority-free jamming mode 2 - mode used when there is no prioritized target; first a frequency occupancy check is performed, then self jamming of several active frequencies selected randomly by the computer is initiated
survey jamming mode
remote jammer control
deception mode (manual jamming) used in case of failure of the automatic jamming system.
MVKVR consists of one jamming plant built on a Land Rover Defender 130 Td5 chassis with a box body and one PM 10 S box trailer, which is used to transport charging equipment, fuel and other ancillary materials required for the construction of the plant. The jamming apparatus consists of a control and communication subsystem, a receiving and transmitting subsystem and an antenna subsystem consisting of four antennas.
In January 2019, an MVKVR jammer was damaged between Vítkov and Svatoňovice in Opava region. In the morning hours, while driving slowly down a slight hill on a road covered with icy snow, the vehicle first swerved into oncoming traffic and then rolled into a ditch, where it ended up on its side. The total damage was close to three million crowns. It was the first accident in the army for the experienced driver. He had warned himself in advance that the exit was risky due to the weather and the condition of the vehicle, and even an army-wide warning was in force. But his immediate superior insisted on the exit. The commander of the 532nd Electronic Warfare Battalion initially found the driver guilty of a negligent misdemeanor. The driver accepted this decision, but he defended himself through the administrative justice system against a further decision to pay four and a half times his salary (CZK 148,584) for damages to his official vehicle, which was again issued by the commander of the Opava unit and confirmed by the commander of the ground forces in Olomouc. The courts eventually sided with the soldier because, according to both the Regional Court in Ostrava and the Supreme Administrative Court, the army failed to take into account all the circumstances that could have led to a proportionate reduction in his liability.
Technical and tactical data Operating frequency band: 30 - 108 MHz Transmitting power of the jammer: 1000 W Transmitting antenna: 1.5 - 30 MHz, omnidirectional on a TITANEX mast
