15. department
This separation was the separation of the cadre (personnel, told in a more modern). Head of the department stood the chief, who was directly subordinated to the chief of the Intelligence department. The chief is responsible for the elaboration of the concept of recruitment (of professional soldiers, civil servants...) not only to the BH directorate of the general staff but also to the subordinate staff. The department has engaged in the selection of the schools in the USSR and at the same time, made the examination of the person. Led to separate registers of people working at BH directorate of the general staff. Other tasks were for example the planning of training of members of BH directorate of the general staff, the creation of political opinions and in general tasks common for the political department of the staff OF. The department had 6 soldiers and 3 civilian employees.
Tabulating was under 15. the department kept a backup of cadres in the number 6 of professional soldiers. Apparently this was either a vacant space, led by the only of the reasons for the budget (while regulation to reduce the conditions this places canceled), or it was really about more experienced soldiers who could be deployed arbitrarily, according to the needs of the individual departments.
