Vojskové těleso jezdectva. Vznikla začátkem července 1920. Byla zrušena rozkazem Vrchního velitele nr 10635/I ze 14. srpna 1920. Část jejích jednotek zůstala v podřízenosti velitele 5. armády, generála Władysława Sikorského.
Byla v podřízenosti Jezdecké operační skupiny ( Kawaleryjska Grupa Operacyjna ).



Velitelem divize byl:
plukovník Władysław Orzechowski (?.7. – 10.8.1920)
plukovník Konstanty Plisowski (10.8. – 14.8.1920)
