A modern American hunting cartridge introduced by Winchester in 1958. The 9.07 g bullet has a factory laboratory velocity of 924 m/sec. The pictured cartridge was manufactured by Remington-Peters Arms, Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA. On the right is the 7.92 x 57 cartridge, photo by the author.
