Ammunition for light rifles of the Martini system, designed for cadet training. The cartridge was manufactured in Europe, the USA and Australia. The 7.75 g projectile has a muzzle velocity of 365 m/sec. The specimen in the picture was made by Kynoch & Company, Birmingham, England, on the right is a 7.62 x 39 round. Photo by the author.
