Note:		 1) Zbytky pluku byly rozprášeny v boji s jednotkami německé 68. pěší divize u obce Jacnia. Jednotlivé skupinky unikaly směrem na východ a většina z nich padla kolem 27.09.1939 do sovětského zajetí v oblasti obce Biłgoraj.
2) Po boji o městečko Szczekociny s jednotkami německé 2. lehké divize pluk ztratil spojení se svou brigádou a ustupoval samostatně. 06.09.1939 velitel pluku navázal v prostoru obcí Krynki-Brody kontakt s velitelem 12. pěší divize, a dle jeho dispozic vyčlenil většinu sil (korouhev pod velením setníka Szawłowského ve složení 1. a 2. řadová eskadrona, kulometná četa, 1 protitankový kanón, četa jízdního dělostřelectva) pro obranu železnice u Starachowic (Wierzbnik). Zbytek pluku měl ustoupit na přechod přes Vislu u Solce.
3) Podle dispozic velitele Varšavské tankové a motorizované brigády byl pluk k brigádě převelen 15.09.1939, ale fakticky se k ní připojil teprve 17.09.1939 po přesunu do prostoru obce Rejowiec.
4) Ve dnech 06.09.1939-08.09.1939 byla součástí korouhve pod velením setníka Szawłowského, která do 07.09.1939 v podřízenosti 12. pěší divize chránila u Starachowic/Wierzbniku železnici pro přesun jejích opožděných jednotek do nástupního prostoru. 07.09.1939 celá korouhev ustupuje na rozkaz přes město Iłża a Lipsko do Solce, kde se připojila ke zbytku svého pluku.
5) V noci z 04. na 05.09.1939 zůstala eskadrona u mostu v prostoru obce Brzegi s úkolem jeho zničení. Jako zadní voj pluku ustupovala 24 hodin za plukem. Poté však už samostatně. Řeku Vislu překročila u města Puławy a k pluku se připojila teprve 12.09.1939.
6) 04.09.1939 byla v boji o městečko Szczekociny od pluku odříznuta a už se k pluku nevrátila.
7) V uvedených zdrojích nejsou o zániku uvedeny žádné údaje.. Głowacki ji však uvádí (kromě zákopnicko-plynového družstva) v sestavě pluku pravděpodobně po 15.09.1939.
8) Przemsza-Zieliński uvádí, že četa byla zničena 02.09.1939 v boji u obce Woźniki a její velitel byl zraněn. Wielka Księga Kawalerii Polskiej uvádí, že byla nasazena ještě 04.09.1939 v boji o Szczekociny. Poté se pravděpodobně od pluku odpojila. Steblik uvádí, že 06.09.1939 byla vyslána velitelstvím Krakovské jezdecké brigády na průzkum a k brigádě se vrátila 11.09.1939 po 200 km cestě na území ovládaném Němci. Později byla pravděpodobně začleněna do 4. eskadrony setníka Matuszka. Głowacki ani Maksimiec ji v sestavě pluku ani brigády neuvádějí.
9) V uvedených zdrojích nejsou o zániku uvedeny žádné údaje. V Szczekocinie byl ztracen bojový trén pluku. V prostoru obce Brzegi se k pluku připojil těžký plukovní trén.
10) Baterie byla organizačně v sestavě oddílu, ale operačně podléhala veliteli pluku. 07.09.1939 byl zničen poslední kanón baterie a její zbytky jako jízdní jednotka bojovaly v řadách pluku.

1) After spraying the regiment tried with a group of around 20 members of his regiment through Hungary. 27.09.1939 fell into soviet captivity and DD.MM.1940 he was murdered in Kharkov. 05.10.2007 promoted posthumously to the rank of colonel.
2) 02.09.1939 taken away in a heavy shock to the hospital after the bomb explosion. He died 19.11.1961.
3) he Was also commander of a machine-gun eskadrony. DD.09.1939 fell into soviet captivity and DD.MM.1940 he was murdered in Kharkov. 05.10.2007 promoted posthumously to the rank of major.

8) DD.09.1939 fell into soviet captivity and DD.MM.1940 he was murdered in Kharkov. 05.10.2007 promoted posthumously to the rank of lieutenant.
9) Escaped captivity. From DD.MM.194R prisoner of the concentration camp in Gross-Rosen. Released 16.02.1945.

11) Served as captain of veterinary service in the Polish people's army. After the war he worked at the slaughterhouse in the city of Bielsko-Biała.
12) After the surrender, he escaped capture and later got involved in anti-fascist resistance in the ranks of the of the Union of armed struggle and the Earth's army. The participant of fights in the Warsaw uprising. After his defeat in the German captivity. After the liberation served in the years 1945 to 1946 in the Polish Svatokřiské brigade (Brygada Świętokrzyska) on the territory of Germany. Later returned to Poland. He died 30.01.1978 in Krakow.
13) Fell in the fight near the village of Małoniż, probably with a unit of the German 27. infantry division. His successor in place of the commander eskadrony is not in the listed sources listed. Awarded posthumously the Silver cross to Order of Virtuti Militari.
14) From the DD.10.1939 to DD.MM.1945 in a German prisoner. After the war he returned to Poland. He died 03.07.1986 in Krakow. In the online resource 4 listed as a Dokowski-Leszczyc.

16) *] Around 16.09.1939 from the regiment disconnected, 17.09.1939 met with 4. eskadronou centurion Matuszka and in its ranks continued to fight. After the surrender escaped captivity and through Hungary to get to France. Was there in may 1940 promoted to the rank of lieutenant and as commander of the anti-tank platoon in the Polish 1. grenadier division (1 Dywizja Grenadierów) fought in the area of the Maginot line. 15.07.1940 got to England, where he volunteered for service in Poland. 01.03.1944 was promoted to the rank of centurion. Poland was thrown off 01.05.1944 and there joined in the protiněmeckého and protisovětského resistance as the commander of the eskadrony. 21.08.1944 fell in battle with soviet troops near the village of Surkonty in Belarus. Another source said 28.08.1944. For the battle at the villages Poddubicze and Surkonty he was awarded posthumously the Silver cross to Order of Virtuti Militari.
