The order of the commander 36th Army dated 17.09.1943 is signed by Colonel Dubovik with the function marking: temporarily authorized chief of staff 36th Army. This deputation was by virtue of his then position as Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army, following the Chief of Staff Major GeneralSamonov's[/url] detachment in September 1943 as Commander of the 85th Rifle Corps.
