1) the Squadron was formed from parts of the eskadron 6. regiment of fusiliers in a night shift 08./09.09.1939 disconnected from the headquarters and the rest of the regiment, had lost contact with them and separately retreated to Warsaw, where they were concentrated in the area of Saxony Kępa. 15.09.1939 of them was made standard.
2) Banner was destroyed in combat with units of 30. infantry regiment and artillery 18. infantry division in a failed attempt Equestrian group Juniewicz within the Group "Palmiry" the breakthrough of the German defences and break through into the surrounded Warsaw.
3) (18.08.1900-23.09.1939). To 15.09.1939 was the commander of the 3. eskadrony 6. regiment of fusiliers. After the formation of the vane and its inclusion into the Equestrian group Juniewicz became its commander. 22.09.1939 was in combat with units 18. infantry division (30. infantry and artillery) in the municipality of Łomianki badly injured. The following day, died of his injuries. Some sources indicate that he died after a few days after the injury. For the fight in September 1939 awarded the Silver cross to the Order of Virtuti Militari (no. 14284)
4) This platoon is listed in the assembly of the vane only in the work Gnata-Wieteski. Her commander was second lieutenant of cavalry in reserve Tadeusz Czacki (DD.MM.19RR-DD.MM.YYYY). Be careful – his namesake (15.12.1905-04.09.1939) was the commander of the II. squad 4. eskadrony 8. hulánského regiment and he fell near the village of Szczekociny.
