MILITARY POWER of the STATE
a summary of the forces and means with a certain structure, which expresses the maximum degree of readiness /ability/ state waging war against another state or states for the spending of all material and spiritual forces of society. The military strength of the state predisposes to a large extent and character of the war and the way the leadership of the armed struggle. In a broader sense is a complex of economic, vojenskovědeckých and ideological factors.
Military power of the state includes the following basic components: the economic potential of the state /war economic potential of the state/, scientific, technical potential of the state, morally, the political potential of the state, the military potential of the state and potential of civil defense.
