Note:		 1) Reorganizace částí 19. pěší divize, které se probily na východní břeh řeky Visly probíhaly už od 10. září v prostoru obce Maciejowice, odkud se kolem 2000 mužů přesunulo přes Lublin (12.09.1939) do lesů u obce Wólka Okopska východně od Chelmu Lubelského (14.09.1939).
2) Štáb brigády byl útokem německé 2. tankové divize částečně rozprášen, nucen ustoupit do prostoru obce Tyszowce a ztratil kontakt se svými jednotkami.
3) Předtím byl velitelem divizního dělostřelectva 19. pěší divize a od 18.09.1939 byl zástupcem velitele 19. pěší brigády.
4) Předtím byl velitelem divizní pěchoty 3. legionářská pěší divize.
2) Předtím byl náčelníkem štábu 19. pěší divize.
