The 73 mm anti-tank round PG-15V is intended for shooting from a 73 mm cannon vz.71. It is used to destroy all armored targets, manpower and firepower in armored objects.

- PG-15V cartridge consists of:
- anti-tank missile PG-9
- cartridges PG-15P
Anti-tank missile PG-9: has a cumulative effect, leaves the barrel of the cannon at an average speed of 400m/s, the effect of the projectile is that the cumulative beam directs a stream of gases thickened by metal insert molecules burns armor at the point of impact and destroys the crew, armaments, equipment and ammunition.
It consists of: - cumulative warhead is the combat part of the projectile (explosive - phlegmatized hexogen 0.322 kg)
- runway jet engine - used to increase the speed of the projectile in its trajectory (powder charge 0.460 kg TPH)
- stopwatch - designed to mark the flight path of the projectile
- dust pyrotechnic retarder VPZ - 9 designed to ignite the charge of the track reactive engine (burning time of the powder charge 0.3 - 0.7 s at a temperature of +50 C, case, needle, spring, detonator, delay component, ignition charge - red dust)
- compensator, nozzle block
- stabilizer carrier with six folding wings and two stopwatches
- lighter VP-9 initiates the cumulative filling of explosives, head. part: body, lighter, insulating case, piezo crystal, contacts, nuts, bottom part: safety device, spark detonator JED - 1, autodestructor, detonation device
Cartridge PG-15P - gives the projectile initial speed, the weight of the powder charge is about 152g, the cartridge is located inside the steel cartridge
It consists of: - steel cartridge, powder cartridge, electric match screw, flat spring coupling, cap
