Security center repair is a structural element of the Agency logistics for the security of the repair activities of the military armaments, techniques and material the Ministry of defence of the CZECH republic on the territory of the Czech republic as well as for units of the CZECH Army in foreign missions and at the foreign workplace the Ministry of defence of the CZECH republic.

Carried out planned and unplanned service repairs and technical maintenance of military equipment, technology and material, provide technical assistance to the troops in the form of service trips including the inspection of the technical condition, carried out metrological service and professional technical supervision over designated technical devices the Ministry of defence of the CZECH republic and training of members of metrological services and bodies of professional technical supervision in the resort the Ministry of defence of the CZECH republic.

- management of the operation and professional activities

Section of metrology and technical supervision Lázně Bohdaneč, Olomouc, Pardubice
- metrological verification of measuring instruments and devices for measurement of electrical and mechanical quantities, ionising radiations, repair and calibration of measuring instruments including calibration of flow meters of fuel, repairs of chemical engineering
- legal revision of the determined technical equipment including measuring electrostatics, quality of technical supervision in the Army of the CZECH republic
- training of inspection technicians electrical, pressure, lifting and gas equipment, experts of the metrological service, and technical supervision for the needs of the the Ministry of defence of the CZECH republic

Section repairs Lázně Bohdaneč
- repair of communication and information systems, including chassis and bodywork, the funds of CCI (Controlled Cryptographic Item) and cryptographic protection of information, computer technology (hardware and software) in the means of communication and information systems
- repair of power generators
- repair, capacity testing and charging of secondary sources

Section repairs Jaroměř
- repair of weapons and weapon systems, optics and optoelectronics
- repair of automotive and special techniques on the automotive chassis
- repair of equipment and personal material and general use
