Poznámka:
Note:		 1) Podle mobilizační tabulky byla oficiálním názvem Baterie jízdního dělostřelectva č. 15 (bateria artylerii konnej nr 15). Ve všech zdrojích i oficiálních dokumentech je však uváděna jako zde.
2) Baterie s muniční četou byly utvořeny nově a jejich mobilizačním tělesem byl 1. oddíl jízdního dělostřelectva.
3) Po boji u obce Jacnia s jednotkami 68. pěší divize ustoupila na rozkaz velitele 2. oddílu jízdního dělostřelectva k obci Niemirówek, kde byla těžká výzbroj demontována a utopena v poblízkém jezeře. Zarzycki uvádí, že k Niemirówku dorazily všechny 4 kanony, 3 hlomozny a kolem 90 mužů. Některé jiné zdroje uvádějí 3 kanony, 1 hlomoznu a 83 mužů.
4) Po zničení těžké výzbroje byla utvořena jízdní četa v rámci Jízdní jednotky 2. oddílu jízdního dělostřelectva. Část čety se při ústupu odpojila a 24.09.1939 se připojila ke 3. baterii 1. oddílu jízdního dělostřelectva.
5) Osa přesunu 2. oddílu jízdního dělostřelectva. Přesná dislokace baterie není v uvedených zdrojích uvedena.

Note:
1) (06.02.1902-DD.MM.YYYY). Zarzycki reported mistakenly Włodzimierz. 23.09.1939 was injured in the fight with the units 68. infantry division near the village of Jacnia and to the battery I did not join. It is not listed in the list of losses not captured.
2) (18.05.1915-02.01.1983). After the destruction of the work (disassembly and drowning in a nearby lake) near the village of Niemirówek and the dissolution of the battery according to the Zarzyckého joined 24.09.1939 with a group of about 20 men to 3. battery 1. section inthe artillery. After its termination he fell down 27(?).09.1939 to the German captivity. Survived the war and returned to Poland. He died in Warsaw.
3) (08.10.1911-DD.MM.YYYY). After the destruction of the work (disassembly and drowning in a nearby lake) near the village of Niemirówek and the dissolution of the battery according to the Zarzyckého joined 24.09.1939 with a group of about 20 men to 3. battery 1. section inthe artillery. According to his article in the WPH was from the remnants of the battery formed a mounted posse, which probably retreated together with the the Driving unit 2. section inthe artillery. After the surrender of the remnants of Riding the operating groups of Abraham fell into German captivity. After the liberation from captivity he served in the Polish exile army, where he was promoted to the rank of captain. His report on the activities in September 1939 is saved in Instytut Polski i Muzeum im. gen Sikorskiego in London under the sign. B.Also.95/E.
4) (DD.MM.19RR-DD.MM.YYYY). It is not listed in the list of losses not captured.
5) (DD.MM.19RR-DD.MM.YYYY). After the destruction of the work (disassembly and drowning in a nearby lake) near the village of Niemirówek and the dissolution of the battery according to the Zarzyckého joined 24.09.1939 with a group of about 20 men to 3. battery 1. section inthe artillery. It is not listed in the list of losses not captured.
6) (DD.MM.1913-DD.MM.YYYY). 23.09.1939 was in combat near the village of Jacnia injured. He remained, however, for the remnants of the battery, and after its dissolution, according to Zarzyckého joined 24.09.1939 with a group of about 20 men to 3. battery 1. section inthe artillery. From DD.09(?).1939 in the German captivity. Survived the war. His report on the activities in September 1939 is saved in Instytut Polski i Muzeum im. gen Sikorskiego in London under the sign. B.Also.95/E.
