Senegal
The first official foreign user of the Oncilla armored vehicles became the Armed Forces of the Republic of Senegal in 2017. They operate at least 2 vehicles armed with a 12.7 mm machine gun M2 placed in a simple holder on the roof of the vehicle. V roku 2019 objednalo Ukrajinské ministerstvo obrany u spoločnosti Mista celkom 24 ks vozidiel Oncilla 4Х4 L2014-UD v cene 8,3 milióna hrivien za kus. V rovnakom roku dodala spoločnosť Mista komponenty pre montáž prvých 2 vozidiel, ktorá sa začala v spoločnosti VK Sistema v novembri 2019. Obe vozidlá boli následne začiatkom roku 2020 zaradené k Ukrajinským ozbrojeným silám a podrobené vojskovým skúškam. Do služby boli oficiálne prevzaté 23.08.2020.

V decembri 2020 boli spoločnosťou Mista dodané komponenty pre montáž ďalších 7 vozidiel (v.č. 121-127) a minimálne jedna sada bola doručená aj v januári 2021.

Dňa 12.05.2021 prevzali Ukrajinské ozbrojené sily 9 vozidiel Oncilla 4Х4 L2014-UD. Akt prevzatia bol realizovaný v priestoroch Vedecko-produkčnej spoločnosti VK Sistema v meste Vasiľkov, kde boli vozidlá skompletované z jednotlivých komponentov vyrobených poľskou spoločnosťou Mista.
