German experimental mini-submarine called SEETEUFEL (Sea Devil) or also ELEFANT (Elephant). The interesting feature of this craft was its ability to move under its own power on land, so it was able to get in and out of the water without any assistance. I don't know if my assumption is correct, but probably the basis of the chassis was based on the Borgward B IV.
There was one prototype with a 58,8kW (80k) petrol engine and the production machines were to get a 250k engine. Armament consisted of two torpedoes or mines. When moving on land, the submarine could be armed with a machine gun or flamethrower. Tests of the prototype went satisfactorily and serial production was ordered just before the end of the war.
