The JAWA 350 two-stroke motorcycle saw the light of day two years after the 250/11. That is, in 1948. Designed during the war, the Jawa 350 OHC and Ogar 350 OHC proved unviable after new management took over.
In March 1946, due to state centralization, the factories were merged. Ogar (the building in Strasnice after the cessation of production of the Ogar 4 motorcycle) was incorporated under the Jawa n.p., then both enterprises were incorporated into the national enterprise Zbrojovka Brno. Thus, the economic necessity to compete with the Ogar 350OHC (prototypes already completed under the auspices of Zbrojovka) and the Jawa 350 OHC ceased to exist. Despite the fact that both models were presented at the Paris Motor Show (where they were well received), neither made it into production. This was despite the fact that the Czechoslovak Metal and Industrial Works (ČZKP, n.p.) had a comparative test of both machines made. Nevertheless, their approved plan in 1947 envisaged the serial production of 1000 units of the type 350. But this never happened. The economic situation of the Czechoslovak population, the raw material base, human resources, the tendency towards simplicity and fast production, and the desire for rapid motorization gave priority to a simple, two-stroke engine. Moreover, it allowed a relatively fast start-up of production.
The public was introduced to the new two-cylinder two-strokes at the first post-war motor show in Prague in October 1947. The motorcycles did not carry the Jawa logo on the tank, but the Ogar logo. The Ogar brand was the third largest Czechoslovak motorcycle manufacturer before the war and it is said that the effort to differentiate the two cubic capacities led to the retention of the Ogar trademark. The motorcycles were painted in "pigeon grey" and were marked Ogar 350 type 12.
The proof series was produced in 1948 and numbered 30 units. The logo on the tank was already molded, similar to the one on the Jawa 250/11, but instead of the Jawa lettering it is Ogar.
The modernized Jawa 350 type 18 Perak arrived in 1950. The improvements were mainly to the engine. The cylinders got beefier fins for better engine cooling. In contrast, the cylinder head lost one horizontal rib. The crankcases and the design of the crankcase and connecting rod were modified. These were so modern and timeless that they were still used by the Jawa 350 type 640 (still in production today). Other technical changes are essentially identical to the modernisation of the 250/11. The successor to the 350/18 was the "swinging" Jawa-ČZ 350 type 354, but it is reported that production of the Type 18 and 354 thirty-five ran concurrently until 1956.

Motorcycles Jawa 350 Perak in the service of the then VB (1957). The video shows a trio of machines. One captured in pursuit of a passenger car Skoda 1101/1102 Tudor is most certainly a "350", probably light blue(?). The Skoda 1101 "combat Tudor" will be taken to the outpatient blood draw.
