The first two prototypes leichte Wehrmachtsschlepper boli built in rokoch 1942 to 1943 and equipped with štvorvalcovým motorom Maybach HL 30 with výkonom 95 horsepower.
The third prototype was built in 1944, tentoraz with motorom Maybach HL 42.
The total hmotnosť bola 8210 kg. Used bola štvorrýchlostná transmission ZF-Adler with prídavnou prevodovkou and vozidlá mali mounted klzné brakes, ktoré boli used in the Steyr RSO. The vehicle used belts, which wasn't necessary mazať. Motor priestor and vodičská kabína bola obrnená. Tieto čiastočne an armor vozidlá sa mali využívať in úlohe self-propelled ' twas. Came really about jednoduchú konštrukciu.
Vojnové events stopped the development and production of this ťahača. Namiesto leichte Wehrmachtsschlepper bol in the production of established easier and lacnejší Steyr RSO.
