Note:		 1) Po bojích u obce Ostrowy nad Okszą s jednotkami Střeleckého pluku 12 (4. tanková divize) a u obce Wola Krzysztoporska s 8. rotou 1. tankového pluku a II. praporem Střeleckého pluku 1 (1. Tanková divize) měl prapor ve svých řadách pouze kolem 150 mužů. Proto byl velitelem brigády uznán za nebojeschopný a odeslán do hlubokého týlu fronty. Malá část zůstala ve Varšavě a podílela se na její obraně. Kolem 11. září zbytkek praporu i s velitelem dosáhl města Chełm, kde byl 13. září začleněn do nově tvořeného 43. pěšího pluku XIII. pěší brigády.
2) Dne 05.09.1939 byl prapor dočasně podřízen veliteli 2. legionářského pěšího pluku k provedení protiútoku na jednotky 1. tankové divize pronikající obranou pluku.
3) O činnosti ani zániku roty (čety) jsem v uvedených zdrojích nenašel žádné informace.
 1) Po walkach w rej. Ostrowy nad Orszą z 12 pułkiem strzelców (4 DPanc.) oraz Woli Krzysztoporskiej z 8 kompanią 1 pułku pancernego i II baonem 1 pułku strzelców (1 DPanc.) w szeregach baonu pozostało tylko ok. 150 ludzi. Dowódca Brygady uznał go za niezdolny do dalszych walk i odesłał na głębokie tyły. W Warszawie pozostała nieduża grupa jego żołnierzy i wzięła udział w walkach aż do kapitulacji stolicy. Około 11 września reszta baonu wraz z ppłk Warchołem znalazła się w rej. Chełma, gdzie została 13 września wcielona do nowo tworzonego 43 pp XIII BP.
2) Dnia 5 września baon został chwilowo podporządkowany dowódcy 2 ppLeg. w celu przeprowadzenia kontrataku na wdzierające się przez linię obrony pułku jednostki 1 DPanc.
3) O działaniach kompanii (plutonu) nie znalazłem żadnych informacji w poniżej podanych źródłach.

Notes:
1) (11.12.1895-DD.04(05?).1940). In the mobilization he was commander of the II. battalion 43. infantry regiment. With the rest of the battalion retreated to the space of the city in chełm (around 11.09.1939) and there was appointed commander of the combined 43. infantry regiment of the newly formed XIII. infantry brigade. In the night from 25. 26. 09 1939 fell into soviet captivity and was in Kharkov murdered by members of the NKVD. On 09.11.2007 he was promoted posthumously to the rank of colonel.
2) (14.11.1895-DD.MM.YYYY). In schématizmu of 1934 r (Rocznik Oficerski Rezerw) is listed as a lieutenant of infantry, retired. During the retreat of the struggle remained in Warsaw. Głowacki reported it as captain of the signal corps in the function of the crypto-officer in the staff of the of Army "Warsaw". It is not listed in the list of losses not captured.
3) (23.11.1907-DD.MM.YYYY). The mobilization was aide to the commander of the II. battalion 43. infantry regiment. After the retreat to Chełmu he was aide to the commander of the merged 43. infantry regiment of the newly formed XIII. infantry brigade. After the surrender of DD.09.1939 fell into German captivity. Survived the war. His report on the activities in September 1939 is stored in the Centralnym Archiwum Wojskowym in Warsaw under the sign. II/3/13.
4) (19.05.1906-05(?).09.1939). According to the original records of the Polish red cross fell in the village of Wola Krzysztoporska. Another source said without specifying the day and place that fell during the September fighting. Jarno says that he was the special liaison officer even in a merged 43. the infantry XIII. infantry brigade.
5) (20.11.1910-DD.MM.YYYY). It is not listed in the list of losses not captured.
6) (09.04.1901-DD.MM.YYYY). In the mobilization he was commander of the 4. company 43. infantry regiment. It is not listed in the list of losses not captured.
7) (19.04.1907-DD.MM.YYYY). In the mobilization he was commander of the 5. company 43. infantry regiment. On 06.09.1939 fell into German captivity.
8) (05.03.1908-DD.04.1940). As the commander of the 3. the company is listed in the job Bielského and Przemszy-Zielińského. Jarno reported it in the Replacement centre 13. infantry division in the city of slezské rudoltice (Рівне) in Ukraine. On 17.09.1939 in the city have joined units of the soviet 45. rifle division and captured most of the officers of the winter. centre. DD.04(05).1940 was murdered by members of the NKVD. On 09.11.2007 he was promoted posthumously to the rank of captain.
9) (29.05.1909-21.09.1939). In the mobilization he was commander of the 2. the machine-gun company 43. infantry regiment. After the retreat to Chełmu he was the commander of the machine-gun company of the merged 43. infantry regiment of the newly formed XIII. infantry brigade. He fell in the fight near the village of Łaszczów.

11) (14.12.1908-DD.MM.YYYY). After sending the battalion into the background of got to Warsaw, where he participated in its defense in the ranks of the 2. company 43. infantry regiment 13. infantry division (after recreating). After the surrender he fell 29.09.1939 into German captivity.
