217mm Cheburashka rocket launcher

In early May 2018, the army of the separatist Donetsk National Republic received locally manufactured self-propelled rocket launchers designated as: the Cheburashka (РСЗВ Чебурашка). On the truck chassis KrAZ-260 are mounted 2 blocks of launchers with 32 barrels each.
An officer of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Anatoly Stefan (Stirlitz), has expressed suspicion that the caliber figure is disinformation and suggests that old USSR-era ammunition was used in the production of the unguided missiles.
