The aircraft flew from the designation S-69 with Slovak air arms (SVZ). In 1939-1940 he belonged Flight 12, after the reorganization of the Flyers 2, where he worked from the airport Spišská Nová Ves. Then what suffered an accident, was in April 1940 assigned Flight 13 in Piešťanech for the maintenance of years ago. In 1942 he served to the training School for air force officers in an ambush in Trenčianskych Biskupiciach. After the relocation of the school to the airport Tri Oaks, here, he was transferred, with him were removed all the yellow elements, in addition to the engine cover and one-third of the lower surfaces of the wing. Here he served until the uprising. During the SNP was included in the the Combined squadron where away he flew with the original territorial characters of the KAA. Until its destruction torn up by bombs on 10. September 1944, operated mainly in the area Nováky - Prievidza - Nitra.
