Note: 		24.04.1985 zničen při katastrofě, Při přeletu z Piešťan do Košic letoun za ztížených povětrnostních podmínek narazil do západního svahu kopce Zadný Kĺak. Posádka, mjr.Osvald Plch a mjr.Pavol Kováč zahynula aniž se pokusila o katapultáž 24.04.1985 crashed, During transfer from Piešťany to Košice plane in bad weather hit western slope of hill Zadný Kĺak and crashed.Crew,maj.Osvald Plch and maj.Pavol Kováč died in wreck.
