1) the Headquarters was newly formed in the course of the secret alarm of mobilization of the yellow mob. the group in the 18 hours since its launch on 24.08.1939.
2) Command disappeared after the destruction and annihilation of the remnants of the division after the fight with the units 8. infantry division near the village of Tarnawatka
3) (30.08.1895-16.06.1971). To 25.08.1939 was the commander of the 1. legionářského light artillery regiment. After the end of the fighting fell 25. or 27. September into German captivity and shortly after he escaped from a transport of prisoners. He got to Warsaw, where in October 1939, became involved in resistance activities in the ranks of the Services the victory of Poland (Służba Zwycięstwu Polski) and after its reorganization of the Union of armed struggle (Związek Walki Zbrojnej), and later the Earth's army (The Home army). At the end of 1944 he was commander of the Provincial Army in Lviv. After the entry into force of the Red Army was at the beginning of August 1944 arrested and in October 1947 a prisoner in ZSRR. In 1950, was confirmed in his rank of colonel. He died in Warsaw.

Officer of the artillery news – major of artillery Adam Zemanek (14.09.1898-DD.04.1940). In march 1939 he was commander of the III. section 1. legionářského light artillery regiment. On 23.09.1939 wounded in the fighting at Tarnawatky. After the cessation of fighting under unknown circumstances fell into the hands of the Red army and in April 1940, the year he was murdered in Kharkov members of the NKVD. On 05.10.2007, he was promoted posthumously to the rank of lieutenant colonel.

communications officer – lieutenant of artillery, Jerzy Małachowski (23.11.1906-28.12.1966). In march 1939 he was commander of the coupling platoon 1. legionářského light artillery regiment. It is not listed in the list of losses not captured. According to the internet source no. 4 was a member of the the Earth's army.
