Peruť podpořila také Slovenské národní povstání. 18. září 1944 po 18. hodině odstartoval letoun Halifax B Mk.II BB338/FS-M s osádkou P/O R. W. Carpentera. Kolem půlnoci shodil v oblasti letiště Tri Duby během tří okruhů čtyřčlennou zpravodajskou skupinu pod velením mjr. H. M. Seymoura (další členové por. A. Daniels, serž. V. S. Zenopian a des. O. T. Davies), dvanáct kontejnerů a osm balíků převážně se zdravotnickým materiálem a po letu dlouhém 7 hodin a 57 minut bezpečně přistál na domovské základně Brindisi. Šlo o jedinou britskou dodávku materiálu na pomoc povstalcům.
