Design proposal by Krupp dated 11/1944.
The company stated that a turret from a Jagdpanzer 38(t) tank could be mounted on a modified Pz.Kpfw. IV within the dimensions of the tank fighter. However, it would require steeper side and frontal armor angles. Omitting the mechanical sliding device would reduce turret rotation speed (?), so this tank would have no advantage over a conventional tank fighter Jagdpanzer 38(t). There was a design with a lapped 8 cm recoilless gun PAW 600 and a design with 7.5 cm KwK 40 L/48 gun.
The project remained only on paper.
