Day and night fighters:
F.II[/u ]: Directly derived version of the second prototype Mosquita as a fighter designed for use during d & # 328; a, with four 7.7 mm Browning guns in the nose and four 20 mm Hispano cannons in the lower part of the fuselage, Merlin 21 engines, 22, or 23.
NF.II: F.II built as a night fighter, added radar AI.IV/AI.V, mufflers. A total of 494 F.IIs and NF.IIs aircraft were built.
NF.II (modified): 25 NF.II with radar removal, used for disruptive operations by 23 RAF squadrons.
NF.XII: 98 NF.II s radarom AI.VIII. Without guilds, only four 20 mm Hispano cannons remained.
NF.XIII[/u ]: Version NF.XII with wing from version FB.VI with added external fuel tanks, powered by Merlin 21, 23, or 25 engines. 260 were built.
NF.XV: Night fighter designed for high altitudes with a pressurized cabin, front wings, modified Merlin engines, lightweight construction and armament 4x 7.7 mm Gu & # 318; omet Browning in containers under the fuselage. Only 5 were built, one was used for pressurized cabin tests and another four were converted to NF.II.
NF.XVII[/u ]: 99 redesigned NF.II, Merlin 21, 22, or 23 engines, had British AI.X radar (American SCR-720).
NF.XIX: Same model as NF.XVII, but powered by 328; Merlin 25 engines with improved borehole and modified front end for AI.VIII or AI.X radar placement. 280 aircraft built.
NF.30: Improved version of NF.XIX with Merlin 72 or 76 engines and AI.X radar. 526 aircraft built.
NF.36[/u ]: Improved post - war version of NF.30 with AI.X radar and Merlin 113/114 or 113A/114A engines. 163 aircraft built.
NF.38: Latest version as a night fighter, with AI radar. IX radar and Merlin 114A engines. One prototype was built by transforming the NF.36, followed by 101 serial aircraft.
