822. battalion "queen Tamara"

Colors produced zo zajatcov Gruzínskej nationality (súčasť the so-called Gruzínskej légie), in the night from 05.04.1945 on 06.04.1945 colors in súčinnosti with the Dutch resistance movement on the island of Texel rose against nacistom and occupied väčšinu of the island. After prísune German to improve from the mainland, behold I stand next to tvrdémnu resistance beaten and väčšina his príslušníkov died (part in the fight, the part executed after captured). The fight between povstalcami and nemckými units continued to aj after the Nemeckej kapitulácii 08.05.1945 and jumped sa to vylodením spojencov on the island 20.05.1945 and subsequent kapituláciou nemeckej crew.
Surviving members of the unit, ktorých allies 17.06.1945 returned to the USSR (with potvrdením about odbojovej activities) boli zväčša odsúdení to pracovných táborov and subsequently in the year 1956 rehabilitovaní.
