History:
This is a twin-engine self-supporting amphibious aircraft for two crew and up to six passengers, made by Saunders Roe Ltd.
The aircraft performed the first flight in 1933 under the british registration mark G-ACGO, and subsequently was sent on a demonstration tour of Europe.At this point it was powered by the original british engines Armstrong Siddeley Serval III.At the airport in Prague-Kbely landed 5.10.1933, where he was introduced to the public.Big interest in him shown by the representatives of the Czechoslovak state airlines (CSA).Machine was purchased and it was carried out replacement engines for domestic engines Walter Pollux II.R with higher performance.
Subsequently the aircraft was from August 1934 deployed on regular route Zagreb-Sušak(today Rijeka).
After the occupation was the Germans dismantled and erased from the registration,since for him, the invaders did not find the application.
After the war, hull ... ... jumping in private hands and has been rebuilt on the housbót.In the seventies he was bought up by Aviation museum Kbely, where there was a reconstruction (Air repair Trenčín ) and where it's on display to this day. Aircraft in the service of the CSA, he flew approximately 490 hours.

Description:
The fuselage was člunový.The wooden skeleton of the wing was covered with plywood, metal skeleton of the fuselage and fixed tail surfaces coated with alcladem. Metal movable tail surfaces covered with canvas. Cover sheets were of duralumin.
The aircraft was powered by two hvězdicovámi engines Walter Pollux II.R that propelled the čtyřlisté wooden propeller.
The chassis was for a landing on the mainland of retractable, wheeled with the tail spur.Landing on water was carried out using a custom ship-hull, and two of the balancing of floats under the wing. The floats have been fixed.
Coloring of the airplane was celostříbrné, only the bottom surface of the hull and floats were brown.
