In the above-mentioned air accident, Major Jiří Ovísek, the brother of František Ovísek, ejected from the plane. The aircraft belonged to the 2nd Squadron of the 6th Battalion.

Technician of the airplane at that time was por. Alois Maslík. The aircraft is pilot error on a flight with extended pilot curtains got to the "second mode" and hit flat about 150 m from the apartment house in the village of Dolní Němčí. The Pilot successfully ejected at the last moment and landed about 60m away from the wreckage of the aeroplane. From local restaurant then reported the accident to the latter. Lightly burned the front part of the hull broke off and sliding down the snowy slope to prune, that stopped. The wings broke off, and lay along the flat of the hull. Flattened was the engine, which to the last moment of ran on full afterburners. The blades of the compressor wouldn't know! One tire of the main wheel was intact. Of the 200 pieces of shells on-board cannon part could not be traced. Damage was estimated at 17 miles. Crowns.
