to JFS: what's the problem? I don't know what terms you agreed to when posting your images on www.lietadla.com, but this server allowed us to use photos from their database under certain conditions - and koba met those conditions (I checked again the conditions under which the cooperation is agreed) - it says nothing about the author's consent.

What buko1 said is true, we have an agreement with the www.lietadla.com server. But I am aware that there is a possibility that the author added his photos to czechairspotters.com and someone under the handle "czechairspotters.com" added them to planes.com without the permission of the original author of the photo. If this was the case and the above photo was added to the server lietadla.com without the knowledge of its author, we apologize for the current situation, although it was not our fault. If the actual author of the photo wishes, we will gladly add his copyright or a thank you to the photo. We did not mean to harm anyone by our actions.
