The MiG-17PF 1015 aircraft was in the 11th Sqn. as of 30.4.1959 according to the "Engineering Report". Miroslav Špinka) Compared to the photos from later period ( after 1967), the SRO-1 antenna on the back of the fuselage is the main identifying feature.

Let me make a small comment: The mentioned unit in České Budějovice was NOT ONE of: 1) airport battalions 2) air regiments nor the 1st Air Division Repair Unit (VÚ 4938).
The mentioned VÚ 7345 was established in November 1950 as the 5th Signal Battalion.
It was most likely an "Army" installation and was manned and its name and VU code number are unknown.
In that list of "PF" tr.nos. starting with 1003 and above, there are SOME WRONG (hence "duplicated") ones listed. With the RP-5 RL, there were 12 - 24 MiG-17PFs in total.
In each case, the listed MiG-17PFs from RL RP-5 were delivered to C.B. and all 12 were taken over by the 11th Sqn. They were assigned to the 1st squadron (HF-10 to HF-21).
(Older versions with RP-1 (6 pcs) were handed over from 11th slp to 1st slp to "his" 6 pcs at 1st squadron and until 30.06.1957 they used tr. designation IW-10 to IW-21).
The then senior technician of the 1st squadron, Lt. Kopka recalls. .. (It was "TR No. 070/56 of 22.10.1956 - assembly of 12 MiG-17".
The aircraft tr.No. 1015 was still in the 11th Slp in Žatec in 1959 (on the period photo it is still with the SRO antenna on the back of the fuselage).
Then it served in the "eastern" fighter aviation regiments PVOS and L.
Until the summer of 1967 the aircraft tr. no. 1015 was with the 7th slp in Piestany and after its disbandment it was transferred with a number of other MiG-17PF aircraft to the 11th slp in Žatec and was with the 4th ILS operational group, securing the 4th squadron. It was decommissioned there in September 1969 together with other aircraft.

MiG-17PF 1015 in 1968 with the 4th Operations Group (for the 4th Squadron, 11th Sqn)
The photo shows the absence of the original SRO antenna on the back of the fuselage and, on the contrary, the "tray" of SRO-2 antennas under the wingtip arc.

Stroj na stání v pozadí za ním dva další stroje z nich jeden se dá určit jako "O410", ten se mi však mezi ostatními "péefky" nepodařilo najít.
