His name is mentioned not only in the book by the captain of the aircraft, Staff Sergeant Alois Šiška "KX-B neodpovídá" and on panel 53 of the Runnymede Memorial in Surrey, England. You will also see it on a memorial located on the Dutch coast where three surviving KX-B crew members and one dead one washed ashore the following day. The memorial was unveiled on 17 October 2012, attended not only by members of the Czech Air Force's "Šiškova" squadron, but also by relatives of all six KX-B crew members.
