Lietadlo bolo vyrobené v 06.1988 v závode GAZ č.126 - Komsomolsk na Amure, ZSSR. Má výr.číslo 38102. Prvý let s čs.posádkou absolvovalo dňa 13.10.1988, posledný let tohto lietadla v AČR sa uskutočnil 21.01.2002. Pri vyradení z AČR malo nálet 905 hod.10 min. V roku 2010 bolo odpredané do Jemenu a v prvej polovici roku 2010 bolo z ČR odsunuté do Lotyšska a odtiaľ do Baranoviči na GO.
