In prevádzke bol from 24.8.1968, from 12/1969 to 04/1973 slúžil u 9. slp Běchyně, from 04/1973 to 12/1981 slúžil u 1. slp the Czech Budejovice, from 12/1981 to 03/1991 u 11. slp Žatec. Zo Žatca to Aero Vodochody bol prelietnutý 23.3.1991. After the allocation of Československej federatívnej republic of bol pridelený the Army of the Slovak republic as one of the 11 kusov this version and retracting the železnicou on the airport Sliač. The Aero Múzea bol obtained from the Prešov.
