Taman Airport


Originally a landing strip of the Soviet Air Force. In early March 1942, the 27th Combined Air Division (27th SAD) was stationed here with the 30th Fighter Regiment (30th IAP).
After the occupation by the German army it was expanded to two runways. Evacuated in September 1943. The airfield probably included a satellite airstrip Tamanskaya III. No regular deployment of Luftwaffe troops is recorded for this one.
