The building is located on the Boat Quay (Корабельная наб.), but is connected via a courtyard behind the building to the building at 48 Svetlanskaya Street (ul. Светланская), which houses both the Fleet Officers' Club and the Fleet's public relations and media relations components.


There are a number of military memorials and the Pacific Fleet Museum in the vicinity.
