The federal government announced the delivery of 20 light 70 mm rocket launchers on pick-up trucks to Ukraine. These are likely to be Fletcher-type systems.





A Russian military repair base in Luhansk region has been destroyed.


According to Luhansk Oblast Governor Serhiy Haidai, the base in the village of Lotykove (48°31'36.39 "N 38°54'51.97 "E) was home to about 100 pieces of military equipment and 50 people when the likely attack by Ukrainian forces occurred.





Australia will supply Ukraine with 300 DefendTex D40 unmanned aerial vehicles, which are suitable for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance purposes.


These units are launched from a 40mm grenade launcher or by hand.

Ukrainian forces received the latest variant of the famous Browning .50 - the M2A1. The first units were included in the US Army in 2011. The M2A1 is an upgrade of the M2 with a quick-change barrel that does not require sight adjustments.

The Russian military reportedly destroyed a Ukrainian radar 5N63S from a S-300PS long-range surface-to-air missile system near the town of Izyum.





The first documented loss of a Russian 152mm self-propelled 2S5 Hyacinth-S gun after it was hit by anti-battery fire from the Ukrainian 44th Independent Artillery Brigade.





We often hear about Russian forces taking material from their huge reserves - but it is often forgotten that Ukraine also had a large part of the Soviet stockpile: footage of the transfer (presumably for refurbishment) of a massive 203mm 2S7 Pion gun from a mobilization depot.
