Od 28. září 2022 budou mít v Rusku zakázano opustit zemi muži v mobilizačním věku (18-65). Je zajímavé, že i přes vyhlášení mobilizace před několika dny a stavem na hranicích a letištích, bude zákaz opuštění země platit až za další tři dny.

V Chersonské oblasti došlo k raketovému útoku na hotel, kde měli bydlet kolaboranti a propagandisté z Russia Today.

Oděsa se stala v neděli ráno opět cílem ruských kamikadze dronů, které byly dodány z Íránu. Nasazeny byly 4 drony, z nichž jeden se podařilo sestřelit. Zbylé tři zasáhly administrativní budovu v centru města.





Ruská základna v Alchevsku dostala zásah, zvláště pak její muniční sklad.





Dva zapadlé ruské tanky T-90A po nezdařeném protiútoku v Charkivské oblasti. Za povšimnutí stojí, že i když jsou zřejmě oba tanky opuštěné, tak se jednomu z nich naprázdno protáčí pásy.

Nákladní vozidla v Rostovu na cestě na frontu, opravdu zajímavá se jeví poslední dva nákladní automobily. Vypadají opravdu staře.

According to UWM, the Ukrainians have liberated Rubtsi and Lozove and are fighting for Karpivka, Ridkodub, Novoselivka, Drobyševe, Nove and most importantly Lyman.





But according to Rybar's Russian TG account, Ukraine's progress is much deeper (and Rybar has often tended to downplay or delay Ukraine's achievements so far). According to him, Ukrainian forces have reached at least the Pisky-Radkivsky - Malijivka - Izjumske line, i.e., they have already cleared the southern edge of the Kharkiv region east of the Oskil River. The villages south of this line, i.e. Vovchyi Yar, Hlushchenkove, Andrijivka, Novyj Myr, should also be cleared, or at least fought for. And then in the space between Olhivka and Nove they are seeking to advance in the direction of Makijivka. Here, they are either on the borders of Luhansk Oblast or even already on the territory of this oblast.


The town of Lyman can now be supplied by the occupiers from the east by the route from Kreminny and Zaritske or by the route from the north via Zaritske and Makijivka. The route to Kreminna may soon be compromised in the event of a Ukrainian advance north of Bilohorivka, the route to Makijivka by the above approach. The town of Lyman is thus possibly relatively close to the encirclement. This may not be completely imminent from the north and east, but could take the form of blocked supply routes.

The prinstcreen map maintained by Andrew Perpetua plots his version of the Ukrainian advance. In the north we see small bridgeheads on the east side of the Oskil River near Dvorichny and Kupyansk. In the middle, the Ukrainian troop advance around Lyman in the area east of the Oskil River and south of the Siverskyi Donets River. The advance towards the border between Donetsk and Kharkiv oblasts is visible (Lozova is in Donetsk, Pisky-Radkivsky in Kharkiv) and towards Makijivka and Nevske in Luhansk oblast. To the south we see a bridgehead north of the Siverskyi Donets River south of Lyman at Ozerne and west of Lysychansk at Bilohorivka.


Let's add an important fact regarding logistics - the part of Luhansk Oblast north of the demarcation line before February 2022 (the one significantly larger than the one south of the line) was supplied by two rail routes - Vovchansk/Valyuki, Kupyansk, Svatove, Kreminna, Lysychansk and Valyuki, Troitske, Starobilsk, Novoaidar. The first fell after the liberation of Kupjansk. Should Ukrainian forces come within range of Troitske or Starobilsk, this entire part of the Luhansk region will be dependent on vehicular transport.

Also indicated here is an advance into Luhansk region (Makijivka, Nevske) and north into the rest of Kharkiv region (Nyzhche Solone and Vyshche Solone). The veracity of the procedure could be indicated by the downing of the Russian plane at Ridkodub and the video allegedly from Malijivka

Chuck Pfarrer's map also shows the progression to Svatov from Kupjansk. However, most authors don't show this and only list a small bridgehead that Russian forces tried to push but failed and Ukrainian forces managed to make it a little larger.





It looks like the occupiers have managed to hold Lyman so far with the exertion of their forces, but Ukrainian forces have managed to break through the shallow, recently newly constructed defensive lines north of the town. This was apparently aided by a successful strike on the headquarters of the 144th Guards Motorized Artillery Division of the division, in which the division commander, Maj. Gen. Oleg Cokov. It is possible that the recent scenario in the Kharkiv region west of the Oskil River - the breaching of the defensive line by armored and mechanized units and the subsequent rapid advance in the enemy's rear by motorized units - may be repeated. We will see.

Od neděle 25.09.2022 do úterý 27.09.2002 slavili pravověrní Židé hebrejský nový rok (Roš ha-šana) v chasidské čtvrti města Umaň (Умань, 48°44'59.00"N 30°13'13.10"E) v Čerkaské oblasti na Ukrajině. O bezpečí 23000 zahraničních poutníků se starala ukrajinská policie a vojsko územní obrany.



Chasidé a voják územní obrany oslavují Roš ha-šana.
