On August 20, a Russian military plane transported 140 million euros in cash and 3 models of British and US weapons looted from Ukraine to Tehran airport, Sky News reported, citing an unnamed source in the security services.

But Surovikin's new strategy will put everything in its place. As Dmitry Medvedev, vice-chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, has said, Russia will not allow anyone to tear away its new regions - the DPR, the LPR, the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions - and will protect their inhabitants with all available opportunities.
