Another noteworthy development in the ongoing invasion is the reported use of anti-thermal blankets/cloaks by Russian soldiers in close proximity to Donetsk.
According to information provided by our soldiers, Russian sabotage groups (DRG) are reportedly using these anti-thermal blankets/coats to avoid detection by thermal imaging cameras and UAVs.



A video previously posted on a Russian Telegram channel reportedly demonstrates the product's effectiveness and shows how a soldier can remain undetected under an anti-thermal blanket.



While the technology itself isn't innovative, it's another notable adaptation that the enemy has used in their attempt to adapt. Therefore, it is crucial for us to recognize the enemy's capabilities and implement our own countermeasures accordingly.
It is doubtful that the enemy can supply these anti-thermal blankets/coats to any significant degree. Nevertheless, even if only small groups or teams of snipers can use them, they still pose a potential threat.

'We hope they will save as many lives as possible' Three ambulances arrived in Ukraine with Czechs and Slovaks


The volunteer organisation Team4Ukraine has delivered three Humvees to the Ukrainian army, specially adapted for transporting the wounded in the harshest war conditions. One of them will save lives in Kherson region and the other two in Donbas, specifically near Bakhmut. But Ukrainian drivers must first learn how to operate them.
"We started raising money last autumn for more ambulances, which will primarily go to the frontline. They will carry wounded soldiers and civilians from the line of contact. That's why we chose US Army Humvees, because there are already quite a significant number of them in Ukraine, we're talking about several thousand that have been delivered by the US Army or other allied countries. So there is logistics for them, spare parts, the service people already understand these cars. At the same time, they have very good ground clearance and are able to transport two lying wounded and two sitting wounded," says Jan Sully Heřmánek from Team4Ukraine.
Sully and his friends from Team4Ukraine have improved and modified this car. "We have fixed it up technically, equipped it with a voltage converter, night vision and medical equipment. There are lung ventilators and stretchers. We also armoured the car, had the doors, running boards and side and windscreens made out of armoured steel. We made it the best possible ambulance, except for the armored ambulance transporter."
"We supplied three such vehicles, to two different units. One will serve in the Kherson area and two at Bachmut. We hope they will save as many lives as possible," concludes Jan Sully Heřmánek, thanking all those who contributed.
